While running backup, I made use of my usual Action Replay codes with Super Monkey Ball 2 and encountered this. This was very funny the first time I started it and I knew I wanted to record it. This only reliably works with the “starlight highway” race course. You have to use the debug mode “timestop” in order to stop this clock (as AR’s standard “infinite time” code does not work here). The good items of use only appear while in first place. It gives new meaning to the “monkey fight” minigame and with a bizarre twist to it even though this is “monkey race”.
