So you finally managed to get out of that base after defeating that strange boss, and you’re getting ready to relax for a bit, when all of a sudden, another boss appears and fries you with its laser, and now you have to go back inside the base and face that strange boss again…Frustrating, yes?

I hear some people are having trouble with this boss, so I thought I would do a video on the battle. Without a certain trick to beating it, this boss will get you every time you try to fight it. I’m going to explain that very trick to you. With this, you stand a better chance at beating the boss, even if it isn’t much.

When the boss first fires the laser, it will start moving in a certain direction. You need to go in the opposite direction, or be trapped. From there, it’s usually a better idea to switch sides early, because the boss might get you off-guard and fry your ship. Switch too early, though, and the boss can simply turn around and you’re trapped. Switch too late, and you’re unable to escape the laser in time, and thus be trapped. This boss is very tough, even with this trick, it will get you some of the time. And Force Field won’t help much either, it may deflect one of the lasers, but that’s about it. Think of this as a giant Extend laser.
